I can think of issues that may bring about this video authorisation error dstv now;

How To get the dstv now device ID,
- Go to the app on your phone,
- Select 'More' at the bottom
- Go to settings,
- Go to manage devices – and there you will see the Device ID, an alpha numeric looking figure.
- Copy it exactly the way it is and be ready to share it with the support team on the Live chat
After getting comfimation from live chat support that the device has been unlinked,
Go back to the app
Go to Settings
Go to manage devices
And in the device list next to your device name click on register to link your phone/device to your current dstv now account.
Google Certified Device
Streaming content on the dstv now app will only occur if the device, smartphone or tablet or Tv is google certified. Its not then you will be getting the dstv now video authorisation error.
