Here is how you set up showmax on dstv explora
- connect the dstv explora to the internet
- press the blue button on your dstv explora remote
- scroll to watch now and select showmax
- select the show or program or episode or movie you would like to watch and select ok
- you will then be prompted to sign into your showmax account
- after you have signed in there will be a 30 second count down after which the content you would like to watch will ready for viewing
to view your showmax history even after you have logged out of your showmax account on the dstv explora, do this,
Log in and Log out of your showmax account on the dstv explora, by pressing the profile button on the remote
Then press the alt button while on the showmax screen to access the history of content which you have watched on showmax
Something worth noting, an active dstv subscription is required to watch showmax a dstv explora
